You just have to select who you want to invite! After you are done with the initial set up on the dashboard, you can upload excel sheet with the phone numbers and email ids of your guest list and we’ll send an SMS and emails to them with a download link .

You can also share the download code through other mediums such as social media and Whatsapp.

You can also include a sign at your wedding with the details to download the app. You can make your own or we can provide the creative for you that you can print and frame at your event, banquet tables, etc. You can include the download link in your wedding invites for the guests to see.

Note: The downloaded format shouldn’t be changed at all, the data should just be added in the excel sheet. Changing anything in the format would not allow you to upload the guest list.

If any changes are to be made in the guestlist you can make it from the dashboard and those changes will be seen in the guestlist automatically. The changes that can be made are in the events section only.

Not once you have pressed the save button as wedupp follows a process of sending out SMS and emails to the guests that are invited to the wedding. So please verify twice before pressing the button.

Do not change any content in the excel, download fill and upload, If any changes are to be made in the guestlist you can make it from the dashboard and those changes will be seen in the guestlist automatically. The changes that can be made are in the events section only.

If you want to add new events in the guestlist then, you can go to the dashboard and create new events from the edit event mode

No, you cannot edit the guestlist template, If the templated is edited offline and uploaded the uploading of the guestlist will fail.

Yes, you can add more guests in the same list and upload it. If you have added 100 guests in the first guestlist and then you decided to add another 100 in that it will add to it. The beautify of the system is that any duplicated entry in the guestlist with the same number, the system will detect it and throw an error message saying the entry is duplicated.

No, once the guest has been added the guest cannot be removed from the portal. Because that time the sms and email would have already been sent to the user. So please double verify the process before uploading the guestlist.
