Visualising a wedding is mainly when you are meeting the client for the first time, you take down the details and information that is needed to create the wedding, this will help you plan the wedding and provide more options to the client.

Budget calculator has a very simple algorithm, the total budget you enter and then as you segregate the budget event wise it keeps on deducting from the total budget.

New event can be created from:

Select the wedding > Go to visualise wedding Dashboard > Select events tab> fill in the details. > Done

You can also edit the existing events by scrolling down to the events table and pressing of the pen Icon (Icon here) to enter the edit mode and once the changes are made you can save it.

After creating the wedding draft you can add members to your team to the particular wedding so they can work on it.

Team can also be added from Go to visualise wedding Dashboard > Select the wedding team > add members to the company.

You can also invite members from outside the organisation to be a part of the wedding team.

Below the add members box, you will be able to see the link on invite members.

You can invite the members from outside the organisation to join your team by entering their email Id.

This is 100% secure, when you add a member via email id a link is sent to the added members email address for him/her to accept it. Once the user has accepted the email, they will be followed by a sign up process. Post which as per the role allocated to the user the team member will be able to view/edit the weddings he/she has to work on

Note: Adding members from outside the organization via email will add members to the company as well as the particular wedding

You can add as many as you want, there is no count as to how many members can be added to a particular company.
